Looks pretty good, but it's clear that you need to work on your digital skills a bit. (like I'm one to talk about that ) Keep it up though, I see great potential.

It's good, But i think I know what xuadobhit is talking about . The background and clothes are good; the skin and the eyes are a bit off. For example, the shading on the extended leg is heavy, but the area near her neck and collarbones, is light and barely touched; while everything else is still heavily shaded. This little thing throws the viewer off in concern to where the light source is coming from.
The eyes however are a little heavy surrounding the irises; the lining is much too dark, they're darker than the pupils. The shading of the skin in the cheek area seems to jump colours drastically, it's not fully smoothed out and doesn't quite look like a natural shadow.
The clothes are good, though. They look awesome.. The hair looks pretty good too, except for the bright bright pink lines in the front bangs (unless they're supposed to be there, then you can shoot me.)
Also, try and focus on bringing in more movement to the drawing. You want to create the illusion of her moving around like she's having a seizure on her feet, right? try not to limit her flexibility. She looks very uptight and straight, like a maniquen.
It is good though, just some things I found that weren't as good as I know you can do

You found me strongest weakness - movement. x_x Darn thing is so hard to get! Thanks you so much for your critique ^______________^ I'll try to fix things, like the face, the pose for example would be very complicated to change at this point. Hopefully, since my file's on dad's laptop...the facial structure does give me problems.

Well, your general technique is pretty good, but you're tone lines are a little hard, and your lines appear a bit too pixelated. Also, you use a stark contrast of black in your lines that stand out a bit too much.

I agree about the contrast...but the lines are supposed to be pixaled It's oekaki, so I wanted to keep it oekaki-looking, even though the majority of colouring was done on Photoshop. Thanks though. ^_^
